Sono attualmente le 1:22 e questo ragazzo lavora qui da 30 minuti. È super forte e ormai sono abbastanza sicuro che si sia svegliato almeno la metà delle persone che vivono qui. Sono felice di non dormire ancora, questo mi avrebbe sicuramente svegliato. È normale? È anche consentito?

I don’t know about the rules, but I’ve also seen them do this in the night – I guess it’s nice and calm on the road, no traffic, so easy cleanup!
It’s allowed. Maintenance type of work doesn’t require any special permission to be done at night. Usually that type of work is done at night only if the street is too busy at daytime though.
