Grazie Rural Ireland. ❤️

Also worth checking out thebookshop.ie, fantastic second hand site

Karin Slaughter – Pretty Girls has such twists if you haven’t read it yet! I read horror, and it shocked me more than one of them.

I love reading but do go through slumps. Even tackling a shorter book of whatever genre you like can help speed you back up onto top gear!

Currently also in a reading phase also and loving it. Fuck the phone.
Long form media and books make my weekends joyous.

I wish you all the best!

Love the libraries. You can also get dvds and stuff.

Ah this is great, enjoy your books! I just spent a few hours jailbreaking my kindle and organising my bootleg ebook library. I’m going to spend a long weekend getting stuck into some books too!

Absolutely can’t beat a good book. Been really trying to catch up the past while. You can also find some cheap second hand books around. I recently finished some books by Alasdair Gray which I’m a big fan of if you’re into postmodern stuff

It’s unreal now that the island’s catalogue is centralised, no longer just what was in your council’s libraries.

Honestly I read so many books in my early years that by the age of 22 I stopped. I’m 40 now and I only just got back into reading a few months ago, and I realised I’ve basically been wasting my best, most literate years, I can appreciate everything more deeply now, and it’s a shame that I went so long without cracking open a book.
