      Not even a few months of changing the narrative on the once-enemy-nr1 for decades and its already split the populations opinion.

      The online propaganda is insane. I see YouTube ad after ad supporting Putin now. I am being offered content that is pro Russia. I even mute Russian channels and they pop right back up.

      I don’t use other social media outside of reddit and YouTube so I can only imagine how bad Facebook and Tik Tok are.

      So far it’s around half of them, but the propaganda machine will keep growing while dissidents will be supressed, financially, bodily and legally.

      Trump supporters are cheering the dismantling of the United States, health care going down, education being obliterated, citizens being wrongly imprisoned, social security being demolished, massive layoffs and unemployment, businesses closing, yes, MAGA wants to live like impoverished Russian peasants without freedom .

      Ugh. Only the simpletons or brainwashed fools would think this but 15 years ago I noticed a trend on Facebook among Christians posting support for Putin as he bashed gays. It could have been a campaign by Russia all the way back then.

      I’ve met a lot of very conservative and right-wing people in Europe (pretty obnoxious all of them ;p) but it’s still really difficult for me to understand the mindset behind modern-day Republican party and the way it’s able to shape its voters minds. I honestly don’t understand what those people really want. Or what are the real reasons for them voting against their own financial interests just to “own the libs”, whatever that means.
