Ciò è accaduto in vari settori, in particolare nei settori in cui lavorano più immigrati. Puoi essere sfruttato facilmente soprattutto senza avere una buona comprensione della lingua e di qual è la legge in Finlandia. Man mano che i soldi si stringono in Finlandia, devi stare molto attento.
Non prendere il vangelo Reddit e le voci come la legge. Contatta le autorità e chiedi loro e sì, hai diritti in tutti i settori con qualsiasi datore di lavoro straniero o nativo.
I datori di lavoro possono prendere contratti che non siano all’interno della legge, quindi assicurati di farlo controllare. Se pensi che il contratto sia cazzate, chiedi loro, chiedi loro di spiegarlo e non devi accettarlo.

When signing a job contract for an office job, if your employer says the job is hybrid and requires you in the office x amount of days, get that shit in writing on your contract. My workplace has increased the number of days beyond what I agreed to and unfortunately my union lawyer said I can’t do anything because I don’t have it in writing.
Employers don’t give a fuck about you or what they agreed to. They will lie and deceive you to make the most money for themselves.
I’ve now had three jobs in Finland and each job has had one instance of trying to fuck me over. 1st job offered me a raise and then I had to bring it up every month for 6 months until they finally provided it. Second job did a mass layoff after my probation period ended and tried to say it was during my probation to avoid having to pay two weeks severance. And now this third job with their forced back to the office.
