Does it not have a sticker at the back explaining what it is?

Probably a youthen machine, throw a old, ugly woman inside, and get a young, hot one out on the other side.

Apparently it’s a “beehive panel motif that can also be found in other art forms (performances etc.) called ‘babji mlin’, meaning ‘Grandmother’s mill’ (I’d saj ‘babji’ is more of a derogatory term for a woman, but ok). It depicts an old, ugly woman, being thrown into a grain mill by either a man or a devil. She comes out of the mill transformed into a beautiful young woman.”
