It’s just say Spring 80-82 and two cities – Włodawa and Kołobrzeg.
Spring 80-82 and city names. The other is either a surname or a nickname, hard to read.
Chomik means a hamster, but is also potentially a surname? Combined with Zb. which I suppose could be Zbigniew (a male first name).
CHOMIK. ZB – hamster – maybe a nickname? or Surname and previous owner could be named “ZBigniew Chomik”
