L’appartamento Sato in cui vivo non ha tende, ma ho visto un lungo dispositivo sul muro fuori dalla finestra.
Questo dispositivo รจ per l’installazione di tende? Che tipo di tende dovrei comprare?

I might be wrong but it at least looks like a ventilation vent that you can open without opening a whole window.
It’s a fresh air vent, so it’s for supply air.
Air vent.
The one you pointed out with the red arrow is an air vent, nothing to do with curtains. However, hard to tell from this image, but at the very top right of the image there might be like a plastic rail where you can insert sliding clips which would hold up a curtain. Hard to tell without a better picture.
It’s an air vent. Keep it open, so you have enough fresh air in the apartment. It makes a click when you turn the toggle from left to right and you can feel more air coming through on one of the options.
I’d get a telescopic bar, something like in the link below.
