are the germans finally also doing their part, or are they just nimbying like with all the other promised infrastructure projects. aren’t swiss amd french upset enough to already build alternatives outside germany? Sadly, for Austria and Italy the Brenner tunnel will be a dead end, the germans will never be able to build their part of it… shame
edit: are the germans angry ;D

Great news for people wanting to reduce reliance on planes and still visit our neighbours on the short holidays we get (need to work more to pay the boomer bourgeoisie class).

So this works out at €1254 per Danish citizen without any cost overruns. I can’t decide if that’s a bargain or not

Fehmern is like the links across the Great Belt and Øresund financed via user payments.
“The company’s debt will be repaid based on the payment made by both road and rail users for the use of the Fehmarnbelt Link, as well as the EU funding for the project.”

So that’s where the Rodby Puttgarden ferry is now?
Hope the road infrastructure on the German end gets expanded too then, because that is already a bottleneck.
