Il piano di Trump di vendere l’Ucraina in Russia. La sua proposta di porre fine alla guerra non è un piano di pace: è una ricompensa per l’aggressività.

The problem is that MAGA works on vibe alone. What *feels* right *is* right.
None of them has read what putin really thinks about Ukraine, the former Soviet-empire and countries under the control of the Warzaw-pact.
Putin has never honored any former agreements or treaties, giving him what he demands won’t lead to peace, it only makes him stronger so he can restart his aggression sooner.
Only a moron would reallt believe this.
Trump is an epitome of spineless, corrupt opportunist.
Because Trump wants to do similar things
In case i repeat me Boykott the USA
Dont travel there
Dont buy anything from there
The problem is that no one did anything to stop the invasion when it happened. Europeans putting out strong statements how they will fight back against Russian while buying Russian oil and funding Russias war chest to continue fighting and few years later here we are. So the solution is simple. We either accept the reality of how we got here or NATO declares war on a nuclear power and lose millions of lives. Idiots here who have never even shot a gun will argue we should fight. Well for those who feel so strongly about defending Ukraine join their military and remember this isn’t call of duty. It’s real life.
Yes, of course. Agent Orange want to do the same with Greenland, and he now got Putin’s full support for doing so. Next step will be Russia taking Svalbard, with Trumps blessing, and before we know it, the two buddies has divided Arctic between them.
Europe need to look after ours own. Fuck Trump.
Backstabbing greedy pieces of shit
Everything has been pro Russia…suddenly his base thinks Putin is a misunderstood good ole guy
All people do is to complain about this potential deal, but I don’t hear anyone else come out with something else that both sides would find acceptable.
The Art Of The Deal:
**Protect the downside and the upside will take care of itself:** *“I always go into the deal anticipating the worst. If you plan for the worst–if you can live with the worst–the good will always take care of itself.”*
This explains why he wants Ukraine to basically concede and consider that enough for a deal. It’s just that in real-estate ‘no deal’ means no building and here it means thousands of dead people.
**Use your leverage:** *“The worst thing you can possibly do in a deal is seem desperate to make it. That makes the other guy smell blood, and then you’re dead.”*
This is why he made such high promises during the campaign, so that Putin would think Trump didn’t really need a peace deal at all costs…
The thing is:
**Deliver the goods**: *“You can’t con people, at least not for long. You can create excitement, you can do wonderful promotion and get all kinds of press, and you can throw in a little hyperbole. But if you don’t deliver the goods, people will eventually catch on.”*
What deal is Europe offering? A few thousand peacekeepers that will only go in after the war has ended and only if the US gives security guarantees? How compelling.
Ye its much better that the war continues
Some people still think this is just Trump being a bad negotiator. It isn’t, because he’s not negotiating for Ukraine, he’s negotiating for himself.
Russia gets everything it wants from Ukraine. America gets a cut of Ukraine too, and is allowed to vassalize what is left of Ukrainian resources. Putin gets his sanctions lifted and avoids collapse. Trump gets his Moscow tower.
And for some reason Europe is still going along with all of this.
It was a sell out plan from day one but he didn’t want to look so obvious.
It was always the plan, since Putin’s first invasion. The script has not changed.
The same type of aggressions he’s threatening against Greenland and Canada.
If anyone is surprised by this you’ve been asleep for the past 10+ years.
Because TRUMP IS A RUSSIAN ASSET!
The GOP has been compromised!
**His proposal to end the war isn’t a peace plan—it’s a reward for aggression.**
Donald Trump said on the campaign trail that he would make peace between Ukraine and Russia in a day. Three months later, he’s behind schedule, and his plan now is to end the fighting quickly by selling out Ukraine and its people to Russian President Vladimir Putin. The proposal that Trump, Vice President J. D. Vance, and Secretary of State Marco Rubio are pushing is not a framework for peace, but a rich and bloody reward to Moscow for three years of aggression and war crimes.
The Russians might do some performative caviling, but the Americans are offering Putin a dream of a [deal](https://www.axios.com/2025/04/22/trump-russia-ukraine-peace-plan-crimea-donbas). If Trump has his way, Washington will lift sanctions against Russia; both sides will accept a cease-fire in place (leaving Russian troops on newly conquered Ukrainian territory), and the United States will agree to recognize Crimea as part of Russia (leaving the Kremlin with full ownership of *previously* conquered territory).
For this, Ukraine gets basically nothing, except a vaporous security guarantee from an American president who has made clear his hostility to Ukraine and its leaders, an animus that became especially clear when Trump and Vance[ ambushed](https://www.theatlantic.com/ideas/archive/2025/02/ukraine-us-relations-trump/681880/) Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky during a White House meeting last month. The Trump “peace” plan is no such thing; it is an instrument of surrender, and the Ukrainians are unlikely to accept it.
Trump’s proposal would functionally destroy Ukraine, which would limp away from the deal as a vulnerable rump state, shorn of some 20 percent of its territory and millions of its citizens. It would cede control over its foreign policy by promising never to join NATO—an ironic Russian demand, given how starkly Putin’s invasion has reminded the world why alliances such as NATO must continue to exist. But NATO membership is a distant issue compared with the immediate problem: If Kyiv agrees to Trump’s proposal, whatever is left of the Ukrainian state will soon be an easy target for the Kremlin. Once the Russian economy recovers and Russia’s forces catch their breath, Putin will finish the job of conquering Ukraine with even greater vengeance and violence. Time and space are on Moscow’s side, and Trump intends to give Putin plenty of both.
The Americans have threatened to walk away from the process if either side refuses Trump’s deal, but no one can believe that this is even a token attempt to pressure Moscow. The White House is aiming its rhetorical fire squarely at Zelensky. Earlier today, Trump ranted at Zelensky on his Truth Social media platform, telling the Ukrainian president that he “can have Peace or, he can fight for another three years before losing the whole Country. We are very close to a Deal, but the man with ‘no cards to play’ should now, finally, GET IT DONE.” Zelensky, for his part, continues to [insist](https://www.washingtonpost.com/world/2025/04/23/ukraine-war-london-peace-talks-rubio/) on an “immediate, full, and unconditional cease-fire” before he agrees to further negotiations, a position Trump will likely use as a pretext for abandoning further talks.
I’ve said it before I’ll say it again. Biggest betrayal since Poland 1945
Europe could always do something, oh wait.
We are the Polish people, watching our country get cut up by Hitler’s Third Reich and Stalin’s Soviet Union.
Of course it is. Trump is Putin’s agent
Seems to me like his proposal is a way to leave the war without seeming like he favors either side. (Except thats stupid and not working)
Putin hates the proposal because it leads to NATO garrison in Ukraine.
Zelensky hates the proposal because it leads to Russia keeping Ukranian territory.
Both say no, Trump gets to leave this peacekeep and continue with surrendering to Iran.
Uh uh.
I mean negotiating with Iran 😄
he will build a wall, and they’ll pay for it
he will end the war in one (!) day
he will make amerika great again
yeah … yeah … yeah,
we’ve seen the outcome of all of it
Ukraine and Europe will say no and continue to defend against Russian aggression. Putin and Trump will get mega mad when we don’t fold because the US pulls out.
The only way to resolve Ukraine is for Europe to put boots on the ground and planes in the air, and repel Russia including by destroying the airfields and supply lines inside Russia. Anything else emboldens Russia to keep coming back for another bite.
Will USA come in on Russia’s side if we do this? I don’t know. Possibly not because they aren’t expecting anyone to stand up to the bully and it will be a shock.
Are we ready? Nobody is ever ready for a war.
Journalist are such a huge part of the mess. We need less propagandist.
