Good, rules of the road apply to all road users
WTF Mr Blake told cycling website Road CC that while speed limits don’t apply to cyclists, “you can be done for reckless cycling depending on the cop that spots you. I guess the guy I got didn’t like my bike”.
Great. Let’s do all our potential Olympic boxers for “assault & battery” during sparring while we’re at it.
