The victim was under influence of cannabis and didnt yield when he was supposed to. Seems both shouldnt have been driving/riding.
Difficult case because the cyclist was also under influence, didn’t stop where he should have stopped and didn’t got any lights on his bike.
Is the sentece too light. Maybe, but I’m not sure the accident could have been avoided if the driver had been sober.
