Financial support is so important and the amount of millions or billions are accurate.

Support in terms of materials are way too often calculated on the initial cost when it was produced, not on what the material is worth today.

If a country sends 10 billion worth of tanks, artillery, missiles, they’re too often using the initial production price, not what their current value is, which can be easily 10x lower.

Sometimes it’s even cheaper to send it to Ukraine than to dismantle it at home cause it’s out of date, missiles for example have an expiration date if you want accuracy and reliability.

Everything helps of course, but it gives a very twisted idea on who is supporting the most. Financial aid is a near 1 to 1 transfer, material aid doesn’t show a clear picture on the actual costs.
