      It’s written in old print letters and the old „Schreibschrift“ handwriting. Unfortunately I can only read the print. It says in German ….
      “Der Ort, wo die Eltern sich aufhalten, der Vor- oder Zuname des Vaters und der Mutter, der Geschlechts- und Taufname des Kindes, der Tag der Geburt, und der Name, Stand Gewerbe und Ort des Aufenthalts des Taufzeugens.”
      “The place where the parents reside, the first or last name of the father and mother, the child’s sex and baptismal name, the date of birth, and the name, occupation and place of residence of the witness to the baptism.”

      So I am guessing it’s a baptism certificate and in the handwritten the above mentioned names and places should follow.

      There are some names down the letter btw, I don’t know if you can associate them with someone familiar: Franz Liebwerk, Catherina Bärtlina.
