We used to play with them as kids, we use to find 100’s if not 1000’s of them. They are really buzzy and seem to be more active in the evenings/at night. Harmless for humans, just don’t eat them. Check on youtube ”maybugs life”

My literal nightmare. so terrified of this bug. We had them in Pakistan didn’t know they existed in Ireland.
