Abbiamo già iniziato il corso e abbiamo ricevuto una lettera dicendo che è confermata, durante la sessione oggi arriva una signora dell’ufficio e ci dà questa proposta per permetterci di continuare il corso, ha anche detto che possiamo anche pagare 50 € in più per mantenere il corso così com’è !! Questo è legale possono annullarlo dopo aver inviato conferma o modificare il numero di ore o il pagamento?

What does your contract say? It is not that unusual that they have some sort of “if we don’t get enough attendees we may cancel the course” term in the contract. Personally i never encountered a case where they offer the attendees to just pay more, no idea if that is covered by your contract.
