Those visa-free travel options aren’t doing much favours lol, maybe bar China. Also, I don’t want to introduce confusion but I do remember that if someone had served a certain time in foreign armies (like up to 2 years?), they’re exempt from the mandatory service and probably don’t need to pay the whole sum.
