Oggi, io (straniero (asiatico)) e mia moglie avrebbero dovuto avere un incontro con un avvocato dell’immigrazione mentre io e mia moglie ci siamo separati per un po ‘a causa della questione del documento, la mente UI non è mai rimasta un solo giorno illegalmente in Lettonia. Ma oggi ho ricevuto questo, mi ha fatto davvero confondere e ha rotto lo spirito di mia moglie. Proviamo solo a tornare insieme e di nuovo familiari. Pensi che sia la causa di qualsiasi cambiamento di regola o qualsiasi altro motivo? Qualcuno conosce un buon avvocato di immigrazione che può aiutarci a riunirci di nuovo?

Needs more context. Also the refusal note in the screen looks very weird. The Latvian is very broken and it sounds like its about some business deal – not an immigration consultation.
The lawyer doesn’t want to do business with you. They are being polite about it though and using complicated grammar / way of expression.
We don’t know the situation, we’re just random strangers. Ask the lawyer for the reasoning. Of course they can say “no” to a potential client if you don’t have a contract signed already
It looks like they are not willing to work on your case? Needs more context but it might be reasonable to look for a different lawyer.
It’s just lawyer-speak for ‘fuck off’.
