Ho appena notato su IG che i nostri amati compatrioti di YTC hanno riferito il ritorno di Giphys con la bandiera illegale (c’è un sacco di questi Giphys dappertutto). Stavano spammando le sezioni di commento dei post relativi a Cipro con questi Giphys, celebrando il ritorno di questi Giphys perché apparentemente sono stati precedentemente rimossi.
Inoltre, quando cerco “Cipro” nel giphy, la bandiera cipriota non appare affatto – ciò che viene fuori prima è ciò che viene mostrato nello screenshot collegato. Non importa fino a che punto ho scortato non riesco a trovare la bandiera cipriota.
Sono un po ‘incerto sui passi corretti qui, quindi volevo chiedere:
- Come possiamo ottenere la bandiera ufficiale del cipriota aggiunta o prioritaria nei risultati della ricerca Giphy?
- C’è qualcosa che possiamo fare per segnalare o rimuovere le tonnellate di Giphys con la bandiera illegale?

Other than report this to instagram, you cannot really do much about it. A major shift in the algorithm such as this is not normally user-driven unless there was a really critical event to shake things up. I believe the big guys (meta, google) are behind this, trying to brainwash the people again with their politics. Never before have I been exposed to turkish adverts on Youtube promoting the occupied area. Today, it was nuts!
For anyone else who wants to report this just go to their profile on Instagram (YTC – Young Turkish Cypriots) and look for the post titled “TRNC GIFs return to Instagram.” I personally reported the post itself, as well as several comments under it showing the illegal flag (not all as they’re too many).
If more of us do the same, we might make some progress and potentially, though I think it’s unlikely, get those GIFs removed.
