As a Dub, I’m pretty jealous
Strictly speaking, I’m not sure it’s the first initiative of its kind. I’m pretty sure I still have my grandad’s booklets on surviving nuclear war.

don’t get too excited they want to try this new Idea out on a small county first to see if it sticks then do it nation wide if it works out that being said i mean honestly it’s not a bad idea to do this maybe when i get mine i can do an AMA about the Booklet
Makes sense, they are especially vulnerable because if a nuclear weapon was to attack Monaghan it would be difficult for the population to tell the difference without a handy guide.
