Ciao, cosa significa questo “Master-Studio” Nur Gültig Zum “? Il nome e il corso dell’università sono stati menzionati nelle seguenti due righe che ho oscurato. È comune per ogni non europeo che ottengono il loro visto dal loro paese d’origine o sono l’eccezione? 😢
Questo significa che non posso cambiare la mia università? Sono in Germania ora e questo corso non si avvicina a quello che hanno detto di essere.
Ora, ho un’offerta di ammissione da un’altra università che si trova in una città diversa e vorrei trasferirsi lì. È possibile farlo?

I think this visa allows you only at this particular university. What you could do, is arrive with this visa, enroll in the other university, apply for a new residence permit with this new university’s enrollment and get it changed. But again, I’m not an expert and I may be wrong.
Edit: I stand corrected as mentioned by a lot of people. You can only do it after the permission from the ausländerbehörde
Youll have to make a request at the immigration autohrity to change the uni, you cant just change like that. The change request has to be granted(no guarantee). This is normal for all non eu people. Eu people dont need a visa at all so they cant get a thing like that
Without the approval of the responsible immigration authority, you may only study at the registered university/course of study.
The restriction should be stated on all visas of this type, but there are variations in the scope of the restrictions.

It means: You drop out = You get deported
And if you want to change your university or even what you’re studying within the same university, you have to go through the Ausländerbehörde who approve or reject these things according to their mood. It is very much doable, but you need to consult a lawyer first.

In my visa, they printed wrong university, I did not notice, my did not notice, guy in the custom di not notice, amneldung officer did not notice. I was in Dortmun, on my passport it was written Dresden. I notice it after I drop out and left the germany. I advice it if it possible change it, but it could be like my case too
