That’s not petrol prices you muppet but of crude oil. It takes time to be processed, refined, shipped and distributed, and then add in the typical EU / Global concept of a 90 day reserve. The fuel in your pump was purchases about 4 months ago. Old gets put out. New gets put in. I wouldn’t be till atleast August we’ll see a proper dip in prices, if the globe isn’t in a full blown recession by then

It always ‘takes time’ for the prices to drop, but ironically enough, when shit happened back in the day the prices went up very very quickly. Same goes for electricity and gas. People are constantly robbed and deceived and yet manage to find a way to ‘find reasons’ and to defend these bastards. It amazes me the capability of this toxic resilience people have.

Dude, it was 1.25 up north 2 weeks ago. Even with the conversion that’s taking the piss how high it is down south.

That is the price in US dollars.
~~The dollar has dropped relative to the euro (not quite as much) so yes a barrel of oil is cheaper now in euro than a month ago, but not as much as that picture suggests~~
*Edited. I was wrong.

Rocket and feather effect at pumps guys, also it’s generally a bad look for the economy when fuel prices are dropping though our 1st quarter results were decent, 2nd quarter might have more of the US negative effects in it.
