Maikäfer (*Melolontha melolontha*)
<https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cockchafer>, a.k.a. maybug, “Maikäfer” in German. If you collect enough of them you can make soup.
That is a Maikäfer (maybug ig) one of the largest flying bugs in germany they are conpletely harmless physically but they can sound very creepy so not as harmless mentally

They have strong claws (not dangerous). If they land on your forearm and decide to stay there they just do it.
