Mantieni la tua consapevolezza situazionale durante la guida delle persone. I ciclisti di E-Scooter si presentano dal nulla e certamente non rispettano la legge.

These things are a menace, just ban them. Same as these fatbikes that all these food delivery guys drive.
These scooters are a pain in the ass.
You see many times two people on it, driving like a maniac. They don’t know the traffic rules or just don’t care. And on top, these scooters are laying around everywhere.
I think a lot more cyclists and PEV users in Finland need to learn the rules of the road, especially this which got the girls killed: bikes and such don’t get preference over cars on crossings, UNLESS it’s split in two. Hell, drivers need to learn this one too.
Also cyclists need to give way to pedestrians on crossings which is something they seldom do.
