Very patchy on details. Anyone know more?
DSI are accusing the Kinsellas of what exactly? DSI say that there are welfare concerns. Are they saying that they are neglecting or abusing the animals that they have fostered for thirteen years. Would it not be slander or libel to use the word welfare concerns if the issue is actually to do with paperwork?
