Veramente curioso del processo di pensiero (se presente) di guidare nella zona pedonale e poi solo un fottuto parcheggio lì (probabilmente perché non potevano guidare ulteriormente a causa della costruzione)

In some undeveloped countries they might think these type of plates give them the right to do these things. It is very good that the vehicle is towed so I hope they clearly understand the rules.
