Questo stampo è sul sigillante delle finestre qui? E in tal caso quali prodotti funzionerebbero meglio per rimuoverli e fa che cadono sul proprietario o su di me. Ho un’assicurazione di responsabilità civile privata (haftpflichtversacherung) e ciò coprirei i costi se il mio padrone di casa non ha fornito se è muffa e richiede una costosa rimozione.

It is a little hard to tell from the picture but I am thinking yes it is. I once had mold growing on the edges of my windows foo. I simply cleaned it thoroughly with mold removal spray/schimmelentferner (you can find this in dm for example) and it never came back again. Let the product sit in for 5 mins before drying also. If it does return in your case, then maybe the mold is deeper rooted, but I think usually it shouldn’t be around windows. Otherwise make sure to ventilate daily and keep a base temperature in the rooms, and if you dry laundry inside then it is even more important to ventilate.
