Well there you have it, Arm government indirectly telling the world about the level of arm acquisitions, so 20 % of Azerbaijan
I liked the part where he says “we were never far from the West”, that CEPA was signed long ago, etc. You’d think he should boast about how we are turning towards West since 2018 but no, he alludes to the fact that we are a Western nation, have always been. This is absolutely the right thing to say.
