If Biden had given the Ukrainians all the weapons and equipment they demanded during his time in office, the war might have ended a year ago. The Biden administration could also have implemented the sanctions much more strongly than it did. Blaming Trump now, even if that is correct, but not seeing your own mistakes is not really great either.
In a way I would argue that Biden did appeasement too through his idiot escalation management.
Biden should blame no one but himself, he had the means, both three branches and did nothing but withholding equipments
