Nothing personal. Just business. Armenia needs to earn money after all that it has been through.
My opinion as a Russian is that EU or any other body if they consider this as a problem (which it is), they should provide alternative options. No interest IMF/Eurobank loans, direct funding of Armenia and whatnot.
