Ciao a tutti,
Mia moglie ed io stiamo scrivendo una biografia su suo zio, un artista non conformista durante l’Unione Sovietica chiamata Vitaliy Zaxarovich Sazonov. Lui (ci è stato detto) emigrò/disertò a Monaco per continuare la sua carriera artistica, e secondo tutte le fonti che abbiamo scoperto che è morto lì prematuramente all’età di 39 anni, intorno al 1986. Abbiamo letto tutte le fonti online che possiamo trovare, ma non possiamo trovare molto sulla sua causa di morte (ci viene detto dalla sua famiglia estranea è stato il suo suicidio), il suo luogo di riposo o se non siamo sopravvissuti alla sua arte a con sopravvivenza.
Quindi volevo dare alla nostra ricerca un altro respiro di vita con la miniera dell’alveare collettiva di Reddit! Se conosci qualsiasi siti Web che possiamo cercare o persone che potremmo essere in grado di contattare per cercare di ottenere ulteriori informazioni sulla sua vita e la sua morte a Monaco, saremmo molto grati!

Germany has strickt data protection laws, only the spouse, children or the parents of a deceased will be given information in that order of importance. Nobody can legally give info to his nice if the immediate family is withholding this info.
Things in 1986 were also extremely offline, so if there are any records of his death you will find that in the city archive of Munich you most likely have to show up to in person and hope that they are willing to help despite no immediate bloodline connection.
The archive is also only required to hold death records for 30 years, they may have already wiped the 80s.
My first guess would be contacting the local art community – museums, galleries, “Kunstvereine” (art associations), maybe even universities where you can study art in Munich. Someone might guide you in the right direction. Fingers crossed!
