It wouldn’t surprise me if the half arsed negotiations with Putin and oval office blow out was all just a ploy to make Zelenskyy desperate to sign it.
From Trumps 1987 book –

If you read it, he talks about doing all kinds of Juggling acts. But its all about real estate so its a rather boring read.
