    1. Swiss food laws are pretty strict, so it’s not easy to do legally (and I can’t really advise on how to do it illegally). Generally, you’d need to register your activity with the cantonal authorities, use a commercial-grade kitchen, pass health inspections, and obtain the necessary food service licenses. Possible, depending on how serious you are about it, but infeasible for a hobby.

      I’m pretty certain you will need to register with the canton, and you will require a certificate. Also your kitchen should be inspected and up to the required standards. If you google you.will.get all the links
