Maximum penalties are €4,000 / 6 month’s prison for first offense. €5,000 / 12 months prison for subsequent offenses.
Considering the judges views (which are correct imo) it’ll be interesting to see if they back them up when sentencing.

while the judge may think that hes not in a position to change it , if its such an issue it will be changed
Well…you can’t outlaw stupid, prisons are full as it is…..
Let adults do whatever the hell they want, even if it’s bad for them, as long as they’re not harming anyone else
