That’s called värdkeel and should be reported
It means “From where has this song been received” or something, I guess. Should be in “võro kiil” (“võro” language)
It’s northeastern dialect of Võro South Estonian where au has become aa. Q marks a glottal stop.
It’s not a dialect of Estonian because it’s not derived from Estonian.
