The American hospital is somewhat good but they charge an arm and leg, look at there roads , all dirt and still driving on rocks , look the pensions after retirements it’s like 60-90 a month, the youth is leaving everyday because there is no life there . He is a joke and all those other politicians. We will never reach that goal with him
