Fuck sake he could have killed that shop worker. Scumbag with over 50 convictions and Judge White thinks it’s ok it up his sentence from 3 months to 6 months but then suspends it for 12 months. Wonder if the judge took a wine bottle to the head would she be so forgiving

I feel like every town knows at least 1 scumbag who is constantly on suspended sentences or was released early.
Why is there no mention of the victim of the assault victims’ injuries? Did they require hospital treatment? Did they lose an eye? Or was it just a black eye?
I don’t think that judge knows what “learning curve” means.
Not only should he be in prison for a long time, but Judge White and the judges from his last ~50 convictions should have to share a prison cell with him.
What the fuck is wrong with these judges? How is it possible to get to that position while being so out of touch with daily reality?

Only in the sense that such a long commute must be a mitigating factor, of course.
