Like Ukraine in 2006: To clean the country up from stray dogs while preparing for the football cup held there, the government ordered trucks equipped with mobile crematoria to drive around the country and if they saw a stray dog they hurled it into the fire.
stray dogs in the streets is literally one of the ultimate 3rd world bullshitteries so wtver the rest of europe did this too before
Sad but good, stray dogs are dangerous and will group. In addition they should have cleart the corpses this will just fester and decay.
