The bright yellow flowers in your photo appear to be Common Broom (Cytisus scoparius). It’s a shrub native to Europe, easily recognizable by its vibrant yellow pea-like flowers and green, angular stems.
To my knowledge the yellow coloured plants are called Brooms and in german Ginster in luxembourgish Gënz (https://lod.lu/sich/de/ginster)

We call them “Ginz” hat home but we’re from the south.
