They need your bank information for payout, together with the number of your contract account
Guthaben = credit: you had nearly €370 credit but you only used €56 worth of electricity.
If you want the credit paid out, you can write to them giving your customer number and your bank details.
It looks like you paid more for the electricity than you actually consumed, so your electricity provider tells you that they can refund 300 EUR and they ask you to send them a written request for that including your contract number and bank account info.
