NSS provided a top secret document, which is the result of their investigation started in 2018 in regards to the Kocharyan’s wealth.

Feels like a political stunt by QP, releasing this ahead of the 2026 elections. I do not doubt the authenticity of the info. I would think they probably missed things that they own even.

The million dollar question is, why did this revolutionary government allow the past regimes to get away with their crimes?
