> NEW INCIDENT IN THE BALTIC: Estonian forces attempted to detain the Gabon-flagged JAGUAR oil tanker belonging to Russia’s “Shadow Fleet” in the Gulf of Finland. The vessel was en route to the Russian port of Primorsk.
