« Sensitive content warning! On May 14, russia shelled a shelter called Kot Begemot. There were rescued cats and dogs in the building.
The animals were injured by the debris. Some animals died, some received severe injuries. Many have not yet been found. Right now, the volunteers of the shelter are looking for the surviving cats and dogs.
The tragedy happened two hours ago, so it is not yet known exactly how many animals were affected. The video shows that some animals need help as soon as possible.
UAnimals will pay for the treatment and all necessary assistance for the injured animals from @kot_begemot_kherson.
Currently, there are no veterinary clinics in Kherson that can treat animals with such injuries. Therefore, all the injured animals will have to be taken for treatment to the clinic in Odesa. There, the animals will be under the care of the organization Animal SOS Odesa.
