      Should probably get that licence sorted because they clearly they cant drive.

      Been pulled over once in 15 years, how tf do you get pulled over twice in one day

      So his car was initially seized because he had no L plates and was not supervised, and he thought it would be a good idea to collect it without the two factors that caused his car to be seized in the first instance.

      This guy deserves whatever punishment the DVLA decides appropriate.

      There was a couple recently, he was pulled over and his car seized for no insurance. His wife came to fetch him. They impounded her car too, no insurance. A friend came to get them both… guess what?!
      All 3 were very high-end cars too!
