Looks like a place to relax on a sunny day when it is too cold outside for doing so.
Believe it’s called a glamping dome. Usually you’d sleep in one tho, to look at the stars and what not, but this one seems to be used for chilling.
And yeah, I believe the dome is UV resistant.
edit: googled *outdoors glass dome* and stumbled on many variations and websites like [this one](https://hypedome.com/#colours-options-clear). Yeah, basically made to sleep or chill outside, but not *really* outside.
