In una dichiarazione rilasciata lunedì pomeriggio, la gestione dell’emittente pubblica fiamminga VRT afferma che sta chiedendo la piena trasparenza dall’Unione europea delle trasmissioni (EBU) per quanto riguarda il televisore che ha avuto luogo durante la finale del concorso di canzoni di Eurovision di quest’anno.
Il VRT ha rilasciato la sua dichiarazione dopo che l’emittente pubblica spagnola RTVE ha richiesto che l’EBU abbia svolto un’indagine sui risultati del televisore di sabato sera. Rtve trova strano che nonostante la protesta contro La partecipazione di Israele Nel concorso di canzoni di Eurovision, il concorrente israeliano ha ricevuto il numero massimo di punti dai televisori in Spagna.

Of the remaining 27, 10 already were boycotting the Eurovision due to the current situation. The 17 others spread their votes, in a way that none voted for the same country twice.
Israël has three votes against a lot of 1s.
I think this is most certainly what must have happened, in an oversimplified manner. Add to that that one can vote 20 times if they really want to spend the money.
