Attualmente in viaggio per strada in Germania e mi sono fermato in un vecchio bizzarro Airbnb a Klink sul lago Muritz. Ci sono queste ruote e cinghie vicino alla finestra e non posso per la vita di me per capire a cosa servono. All’inizio pensavo che fossero per chiudere le tende ma non sembrano anche loro.

It’s to let down the blinds outside the window
Its the “Rolladen” or Roller shutters. You should slightly pull to release the roller and slowly let it down to make the room completely dark

U have to pull the strap a little in your direction and let it slide slowly upwards. Then the sun cover will lower outside the window
Edit: A very common mechanism in germany. U get quickly used to it, though as a kid I burnt my fingers a few times until I got it 😀
