Ho intenzione di acquistare presto un’auto. Un amico mi ha detto che acquista auto dalla Germania per i concessionari più economici. Mi ha inviato alcuni, ma quello che ho notato è che dicono che sono “solo per esportazione, solo aziende”. Uno di questi è venduto da Autohaus Kuhnert, è come un rivenditore BMW autorizzato? L’auto ha problemi poiché sta vendendo per molto più economico di altri o fanno “solo per l’esportazione” perché non vogliono pagare le tasse?

If they sell to individual customers, they have to offer Gewährleistung (a bit like warranty…) for at least one year. There’s no legal way out of this.
So they only sell to other companies – in this case they can exclude Gewährleistung.
For export/commercial consumers to to avoid possible warranty claims.
