Zelenskyy: Ucraina pronta per i colloqui, ma la Russia deve far cadere richieste non realistiche

There is nothing to talk about, is what Putin thinks. He just wants to dictate the end of the war, which includes Russia taking over Ukraine. And I guess Putin doesn’t really want anything else for now. Just Ukraine. For now.

Though it would be nice if former Warsaw Pact countries and Finland were kicked out of NATO already. Putin is not unreasonable however, these topics can be negotiated with Supreme Leader Trump after Ukraine is re-nazified, and there’s been some time to build up troops at the other borders.

They won’t drop unrealistic demands, because settling for something more moderate would mean the end for Putin’s Russia. They can’t afford to back down without something portrayable as a victory to their laymen, so they’ll keep fighting. Which is why there’s no other good way to resolve this other than us defeating Russia.
