I wonder what that means for those soviet-remnant ruskies living say in Baltic countries, who’ve still not managed to learn a word of their country’s of residence language (and yell at locals for not speaking russian), living under alien citizenships because of it (and not even bothering to obtain Baltic citizenship anyways)
