Who is the “camp counselor” or “teacher” for Ukrainian “orphans” at a “summer camp” or “school” respectively in the bowels of Russia?

Whomever Russian mobiks abduct in Ukraine is “cared for” by “poor”, “oppressed” and “misunderstood” ordinary Russians decked out in their knock-off Adidas tracksuits.

As a rule for any genocide, (relatively) **few are guilty but all are responsible.** Russians at large are *not* to get a pass any more than ordinary Germans and ordinary Italians didn’t get similar after WW II despite the revisionist tropes of the [‘Good German](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Good_German)’ and ‘[Italiani brava gente](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Italiani_brava_gente)’ (Italians – a decent people).
